QC4SalebyOwner website is the second generation system designed for the Quad Cities (Davenport IA, Bettendrf IA, Moline IL, Rock Island IL) and local areas. We have trimmed the system down to a no-frills website which is why we offer Ads for free. Anyone can place their ads on this site; sellers and buyers negotiate their own delivery charges and terms.

Buyers and Sellers deal directly with each other through email; this site does not charge for basic 7 day advertisements.

The system allows you to create as many Ads as you want. It requires a valid email for buyer notifications and Ad removal. The Ads will auto delete after 7 days or you may delete the Ad at anytime using the "Remove" button above.

This service is offered As-Is and without warranty. We do not resell any information provided in these listings.

VENDOR SERVICES:

Soon, the site will be updated to allow vendors to place their inventories online. Vendors will have advanced options such as excel-based uploads, enable and disable of ads, the ability to add their own categories and much more. This service too, will be offered at a reasonable price. Please check back for more information.
